THE ACCEPTANCE STANDARD

Your operator. Fresh inputs.
No takeover.

Your operator turns fresh inputs into an agreed script, landscape edit, vertical clip and thumbnail, checks facts and captions, and demonstrates safe recovery. We agree the sample and quality checklist before work starts. The final payment follows independent-use acceptance.

IS THIS THE RIGHT NEXT STEP?

For teams ready to
create in-house.

You already have the expertise.

You are an established agent or lean team in Greater Vancouver or the Fraser Valley. You can supply usable recordings, but research, scripting, editing or handoffs keep slowing you down.

You can name an operator.

You, an assistant or your current editor will run the workflow. Reserve four 75-minute sessions and time for practice, recording, review and publication.

You want a repeatable process.

You can fund the implementation and agreed tools. If you want all production outsourced, or have no operator yet, resolve that before buying an internal system.

ONE PROCESS. FROM IDEA TO EXPORT.

Your next piece starts
with a system.

01 / PLAN

Find the angle.

Agreed sources, reusable topic prompts and your brand voice turn local expertise into a script worth recording.

02 / PRODUCE

Give the draft a shape.

Your team supplies recordings. Editing templates, captions and thumbnail layouts guide the repeatable work.

03 / OWN THE PROCESS

Run it yourself.

Four live training sessions, recorded walkthroughs and a runbook. Your operator demonstrates the workflow on fresh inputs.

Your team checks facts, approves outputs and publishes. Filming and ongoing content production are not included.

FROM READINESS TO INDEPENDENT USE

A clear first month.
A supported handover.

WEEK 1

Set up your system.

Configure the agreed environment, brand voice and templates. Your first technical test runs on your setup.

WEEK 2

Make your first script.

Your operator researches an angle, applies your expertise and checks a brand-voice script in guided practice.

WEEK 3

Practise production.

Use your authorised recording to practise editing, caption correction, thumbnail preparation and export.

WEEK 4

Demonstrate ownership.

Your operator runs fresh inputs independently, checks outputs and practises recovery. Passing acceptance triggers the final payment.

30 calendar days from agreed readiness, subject to the participation and delay terms. After acceptance: 30 days of in-scope defect correction and a 45-minute booster session are included.

ONE-TIME IMPLEMENTATION

Built for your brand.
Run by your team.

CAD $6,500 before tax

$3,250 on signing. $3,250 after the agreed acceptance test passes.

Third-party software, usage, infrastructure, hardware and licences are additional and itemised before signature.

CLIENT CAN RUN IT GUARANTEE

The finish line is
independent use.

If your operator cannot pass the agreed checklist within 30 days of readiness, despite agreed participation and inputs, you get up to 10 more business days of in-scope fixes and coaching. If it still cannot be met, you may cancel for a refund of implementation fees paid.

Guarantee, readiness & participation terms

The thirty calendar days begin at a mutually agreed readiness date, after the environment, accounts, permissions, inputs and training dates are confirmed.

IMPLEMENTATION RISK, ADDRESSED

Client Can Run It
Guarantee

If your designated operator cannot complete the agreed independent-use checklist within thirty calendar days of the readiness date, despite the agreed participation and inputs, we will provide up to ten additional business days of in-scope fixes and coaching at no charge. If the checklist still cannot be met, you may cancel and receive a refund of implementation fees paid.

Your participation makes the promise possible.

You provide the approved environment, accounts and budget; authorised usable recordings; required access; attendance at four training sessions; practice; and timely decisions.

What a refund includes

Implementation payments include any credited feasibility workshop fee. A separate, uncredited workshop remains a completed purchase. No care subscription or testimonial is required for the remedy. On an implementation refund, the supplied engine licence ends under the agreement; your media, outputs, brand information and third-party accounts remain with you.

How delays are handled

Provider-caused delays do not pause the clock. Client-input delays must be recorded in writing. Vendor disruptions require a documented remedy discussion.

What it covers

Operability and agreed output standards. It does not promise leads, views, commissions, closings or creative perfection.

Your ownership & optional ongoing care

CONTROL & CONTINUITY

Your accounts.
Your media. Your outputs.

Clients control their accounts, media, outputs and client-specific configuration. Bluejay Pixel retains its reusable engine and generic intellectual property, licensed for agreed internal use.

Cancelling optional support does not itself remove your valid paid-up licence. Continued operation depends on compatible infrastructure and applicable vendor services; maintenance may still be needed.

OPTIONAL, AFTER INCLUDED STABILISATION

System Care & Adoption

CAD $495 / month · explicit opt-in

One 45-minute coaching session, up to sixty minutes of asynchronous troubleshooting, supported minor updates, and a quarterly health check within that month’s coaching session.

Allowances do not roll over. Initial response target: two business days, not guaranteed resolution or continuous monitoring. Cancellation requires thirty days’ notice.

More questions about the content system
Can my assistant or editor run this?

Yes. The operator can be the realtor, an assistant, a marketing coordinator or an existing editor. The implementation includes four 75-minute training sessions for up to two named operators. One designated operator completes the acceptance test.

What if I am not technical?

The free discussion checks operator fit and readiness. Training, guided practice, recorded walkthroughs and the runbook help your team learn the agreed workflow. Someone still needs to manage accounts, follow instructions, practise and review outputs. We assess suitability before you commit.

What work remains with my team?

Your team supplies local expertise and authorised usable recordings, participates in training and practice, makes timely decisions, checks facts and permissions, reviews edits and captions, approves outputs and publishes the content. Filming and automated posting are not included.

How is this different from using AI tools myself?

You are paying for configuration around your business, a validated workflow, reusable instructions and templates, practical operator training, documentation and an observable independent-use test. You still control and operate the tools. The implementation connects the agreed steps into a repeatable internal process.

What does implementation include?

One client-controlled environment and one validated operating mode; one brand and English-language voice profile; research configuration for up to ten permitted sources; long-form and short-form script instructions and fact-review guidance; one landscape and two vertical editing templates; two thumbnail layouts; training, implementation assistance and handover; plus included post-acceptance stabilisation. See the full scope and allowances.

Which software costs are additional?

Third-party software, usage, infrastructure, hardware and licence costs are separate from the CAD $6,500 implementation fee. The required costs are itemised before signature. The budget depends on the agreed environment and operating mode, so there is no universal monthly tool estimate.

When does the thirty-day timeline start?

It starts on a mutually agreed readiness date after the required environment, accounts, permissions, inputs and training dates are confirmed—not when you first enquire. Provider-caused delays do not pause the clock. Client-input delays must be recorded in writing, and vendor disruptions require a documented remedy discussion.

What happens if the acceptance test does not pass?

If the designated operator cannot complete the agreed independent-use checklist within thirty calendar days of readiness despite the agreed participation and inputs, the Client Can Run It Guarantee provides up to ten additional business days of in-scope fixes and coaching at no charge. If the checklist still cannot be met, you may cancel for a refund of implementation fees paid. Read the guarantee and participation requirements above.

Is ongoing support required?

No. Thirty calendar days of in-scope defect correction after acceptance and one 45-minute booster session are included. After that, System Care & Adoption is optional at CAD $495/month with explicit opt-in. It includes one 45-minute coaching session, up to sixty minutes of asynchronous troubleshooting, supported minor updates and a quarterly health check within that month’s session. Allowances do not roll over. The initial response target is two business days, not a resolution guarantee or continuous monitoring. Cancellation requires thirty days’ notice.

What happens if I cancel support?

Cancellation requires thirty days’ notice. Cancelling optional support does not itself remove your valid paid-up internal-use licence. Your accounts, media, outputs and client-specific configuration stay under your control. Continued operation still depends on compatible infrastructure and applicable vendor services; future maintenance may be needed.

Can this guarantee more leads or sales?

No. The guarantee concerns operability and agreed output standards. Leads, views, commissions, closings and creative perfection are not promised. Your team remains responsible for the content it approves and publishes.

What if our workflow needs investigation first?

When genuine uncertainty needs investigation, an optional CAD $750 feasibility workshop includes a 90-minute working session, workflow map, prerequisite review, vendor budget and written go/no-go recommendation. The full fee is credited toward implementation ordered within thirty days of the workshop report. The workshop is not mandatory.

Compare the work, not just the tools.

In the free discussion, we map one recent video, the repeated bottleneck and who would run the improved process. Compare the implementation, tools and internal operating time with costs you could actually avoid. Keep potential time savings separate from cash savings; results depend on how your team uses the system.

We confirm an available start date after checking scope and readiness. There is no countdown or assumed immediate availability.
